Assalaamalaykum Mufti Saheb
We teach at an islamic institute where the students stay in- like a boarding school. Unfortunately, some disturbing behavior from our students has come to the fore. They have been shameless and immodest- like the nation of Lut (AS). It seems this behavior is, sadly, found in many institutes even daarul ulooms and other madarasahs like ours. Some of these students have consequently been expelled. How should this be dealt with and how can we teach the others a lesson? Mufti Saheb please advise how this issue can be avoided in the future. May ALLAH TA’ALA give Mufti Saheb long life with aafiyat. Jazakallah Khairan

This is result of crowding. Better separate facilities are needed. Frank, open, basic education is required.
Much more supervision is needed.
Rules, checks, balances have to be displayed. Spiritual lessons instilling fear of Allaah/Taqwa have to be conducted.
