Masalah on reading the Athaan and Iqamaah when a baby is born

Assalamu alaikum, Respected Mufti Sahab
While giving aadhaan in the ear of the baby should the pointing finger be inside my ear or it should be out and I should have just stood straight simply with my hands down and said the aadhaan.
