Masalah on eye crust and the breaking of Wudhu

Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem. AssalaamuAlaykum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakaatuh Mufti,
I woke up and had eye crust formation and heard long time ago Wudhu won’t be complete unless it is removed , so in my Wudhu I washed my eyes properly as I usually do Alhamdulilah but after my Salaah when I rubbed my eyes i saw this on my hand, do I have to repeat all my Salaah ?
