Are male doctors allowed to treat females? If they are, please could you provide a brief explanation, particularly addressing the difference in ruling between male and female doctors.

In the time of need and urgency with no way out, male doctors may attend to female patients.
The male doctor must never be alone with the female patient.
He must only look, examine that area of complaint of the female.
He must not look at the private parts of the female.
By feeling with gloves on he should assess.
Operation procedures are different.
