Assalamualikum
.I have a friend who is maried. He is inlove with another woman.
He wants to make nikah to that second woman to avoid sin.
He does not want his wife or the public to know.
Is this allowed and what should he do?
If he marries the one he intends to marry via a 'secret' Nikah it will be valid. However, he will be in serious hot soup when his wife and the public come to know (which they will). It is best to act according to the Sunnat and announce it. Or cut relationship with this woman immediately.
