Asslaamuaykum If a Muslim’s father has passed way and he held his father’s khathams to show off in front of people that he holds khathams and to show off that he believes in them but in reality he does not believe that khathams are part of Islam. Also he held the khathams so his families dont talk bad about him as they (families) believe in khathams. Does doing this or any of the above cause kufr? ( the khatham just involves feeding guests and reading Quran and surahs and dua for the deceased). Thank you Marked as spam
