Reference to increase Istikhfaar to find a job

Please can you send me the reference(authentic Hadith) for the “Question: wazifa for job & Answer: Increase Istikhfaar. Become regular in Salaat.”

When I shared the wazifa for job with one person, they ask me the reference(authentic Hadith).
