Ishraak salaah

Question ID: 27883

I have a question regarding Ishraak Salaah. I heard a lecture once on the best method of reading this nafil salaah. It was as follows- To sit in ibadaath after Fajr salaah(without moving from the musalaah) until about 15mins after sunrise and then to perform the salaah. Alhamdulillah since Ramdaan, I have kept up with this but found myself in 2 situations:

1- After I read my Fajr salaah, I started with Quraan recitation but had to get off my musalaah as my baby awoke for her feed. I picked her up and went back and continued until sunrise and then read ishraak.

2. I overslept and got up just before sunrise but my Fajr became Qada as the time lapsed by the time I made wudhu. I read Qadha fajr and waited a further 15 mins and then read Ishraak.

What are the implications of this.
I thank you in advance for your response. make dua for me and my family to keep on the straight path.

In both cases you will be rewarded tremendously for the performance of 'Nafl' Salaat Not Ishraak
