We know that Allah is Al-Karim (الكريم), Al-Hannan (الحَنَّانُ) , Al-Mannan (المَنَّانُ) and Al-Wasi (الواسع).

In light of this, if a non-Muslim embraces the deen of Islam, will he be rewarded for the good actions (charity etc.) that he did in his days of kufr before he was a Muslim?

He will get the benefit of those acts of goodness just like how a non- believer gets when they do good.
