please can you provide quranic and hadtih response.

i was speaking to a friend who said this is not the case?

1) Yes.
2) There are Hadith in Muslim.
The famous Hadith mentioning of which is the one who visits me, it is compulsory for me to intercede for him and the Dua after Dua also proves intercession.
