Inheritence

As salaamu alaikum,

Muftisab this is pertaining to inheritance My marhum nani had a peice of land and she only had one child my mother who also passed away. my father is still alive who married another lady who has one daughter from her previous marrige,and we are 3 brothers and 2 sisters. Please advise how does this property gets distributed. Jazakallah
