Qailullaah and making istighfaar

Question ID: 34141

Assalamu alaikum, Respected Mufti Sahab, I would like to know what is qailulla?
1. Is it to sleep or lie down a little after eating lunch or can one sleep or lie down before eating lunch and that can also be called qailulla.
2. Can lying down or sleeping after asar salah be called Qailulla to attain the thawab of sunnat?
3. What does it mean when someone says that do istikhfaar abundantly or read istikhfaar with KASRAT? How much is kasrat? Is it reading minimum 300 times daily or 500 daily or at least 100 daily.
OR does Istikhfaar means one has to stand in Tahajjud salah at night and cry and weep before Allah and whenever one has do istikhfaar he or she has to stand in salah and then do dua and cry and weep for the sins. Is this what istikhfaar really means?
Does one have to read Astagfirullaha rabbi min qulli zambiun wa atubu alaihi full or one can also read only Astagfirullah or Astagfirullaha rabbi.
Does one has to ponder on its meaning while reading or can one also get the thawab without pondering on the meaning. Can one read istikhfaar while cooking, walking, or doing other works but in this case the mind will at work and not concentrating on the zikr. Will it be ok?
Jazzak Allah!
