Muslim speaking against the Arabs

Question ID: 34012

How are you?
If a Muslim says the people in Saudi Arabia , Makkah and Madina, especially the Arabs are not nice people and are very arrogant(maybe due to personal experience or what he saw during/whilst there).
The Muslim also verbally says that he wouldn’t go to Saudi Arabia , Makkah and Madina if it wasn’t for the holy places, the Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w) etc.
Does the above verbally sayings or any of the above make the Muslim a Kaafir? The Muslim did and does not mean any disrespect to Islam , holy places and Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w.)
