Assalamu alaikum,
Respected Mufti Sahab, I want to enquire that can one hold Qur’aan without Wudhu but the person is paak (pure), when the Qur’aan is in Jusdan (cover of cloth)? Or if he can hold the Qur’aan with any other pure and clean cloth like handkerchief etc if the Qur’aan is without cover?
2. Second scenario is if a person is napaak (impure) can he hold the Qur’aan if the Qur’aan is in Jusdan (cover of cloth). Or can one hold with any other clean cloth like handkerchief etc. if the Qur’aan is without a cover (jusdan). Remember that he is napak.
