Fast;retirement annuities;huffaaz leading taraweeh

Assalaammualaikum
Many masaajid have huffaaz leading the taraweeh who do not have a beard, or only let it grow for Ramadaan. What is your opinion regarding this?

They must not be allowed to lead.
hey must keep a beard for at least a year then be allowed to lead.
