Fasting in Ramadan while travelling

Asalaam
I would like to know in Ramadan when i am travelling to the us from UK can I fast?
If yes how do I start and end this fast
If no how do I make it up?

It is permissible provided you know when is Sehri and Iftaari times.
Otherwise do not fast.
