I had a dream.we all were in the house in the lounge.my nephew who is about 17months walked pass with a string of a whole lot of pins and needles.i told my family members to follow him to the room and take it away from him. I myself got up and went to the room to find him with pins and needles pierced all over his body.some were very deep even when he opened his mouth there was some in his mouth.my sister came and started pulling these pins out of him. Although he did not seem to be in pain or maybe not much pain.could you please explain what it means.thanks
