Dreaming of mother,husbands friend and bathroom with faeces

Assalamu alaikum mufti sahib. I saw the dream that me and my mother went to the market and it was crowded and we went to meat shops but it was closed and in another dream I saw myself in a room of our house in the dream which is not in reality and my husband’s friends came and sat in another room and I went to the room of my mother passing through my husband’s friends and my mother was washing clothes and told me that the friend went to bathroom and it was not in a good condition filled with faeces..please interpret this dream. thank you
