Dreaming of a tooth falling out

Jazakallah mufti sab for taking time to answer my question. I had a dream in which I was at my cousins house (he will be married soon) and it seemed we were preparing for salaah. Suddenly I felt a pain in my mouth as if my tooth was falling out. This tooth of mine does in fact have some cavity which is filled. I then pulled out a black thing which seemed like the tooth which was maybe rotten from my mouth. But I feel as though part of the tooth remained. It was an upper tooth on the left side of my mouth. I can’t recall if there was bleeding but I went to make wudhu again and the dream ended. In my life my wife is expecting to give birth any time shortly. Insha Allah. Can you please interpret my dream for me .jazakallah khair
