Am a married woman n after childbirth i kept on putting weight. Knowing that my hubby would love me to be thin i started dieting n exercising n alhamdulillah was doing good. One day i went on a holiday n just let go of my diet n all n since then my weight is going up n up. i feel totally depressed n i cant bring myself to do anything right apart from i just feel like overeating all the time.
