Why does Islaam not allow the dead body to be clothed with it’s normal clothes, as is the practice with non-muslims?

On the Day of Resurrection, the whole of man- kind will rise from the grave. So, when all are buried in the same cloth as prescribed by the law of Islaam, then externally all will be in the state of equality before their Creator. Now, the deeds of man will count, not the external (for that has been leveled). The simplicity factor and equality is being stressed upon. One must constantly remember that the assets, wealth, mansions, luxury cars, comfort, ease is not going to be put in the same hole where the rich and pauper are destined for.
