Asalaamhualaykum Wa Rahmatulahi Wa Barakathu I know that we are not allowed to cut our nails nor remove any hair . What is the reasoning for not trimming it for 10 Days?
And if by not trimming it becomes unsightly can one remove it?
It is Mustahb for the me who is going to make Qurbaani. Can trim if one feels un-comfotable. It is to show solidarity/similarity with those in Ihraam in Hajj. For in Ihraam there are many restrictions. Not cutting nails and not removing hair are also included.
