I would appreciate if you can give me the distribution and percentage breakdown in the following situation.
A property was left in the name of four people ? the mother, her daughter, and her two sons.
The daughter died on December 2002, before her mother. She was married and had two sons and two daughters. Her husband is still alive, although remarried. Her four children are alive.
The mother died in February 2008.
Son 1 and Son 2?are still alive.
Therefore, what percentage/s of the total estate is due to each of Son 1 and Son 2?
Do the children and spouse of the Marhooma daughter (who pre-deceased her mother), inherit from the estate?
If so, what percentage/s is due the Marhooma daughters two sons and two daughters and her husband?
