Mufti Saab, what is the benefit of LailahaIllallha, and if put around the house will it affect/help or protect the people in it?

To recite it as per Hadith is the best of Zikr, not proven to put around house.
Reading 70,000 and making Esale-e-Thawaab for the deceased greatly benefits the deceased.
Practice of the Kalimah gains pleasure of Allaah
