Qaza Salaah After Death

Assalamualaykum ww Respectable Mufti Saheb

If a person is deceased how can we pay for their qaza salaahs and fasts?
what happens if the family cannot afford it financially?
And if a person died at isha time and they were unconscious at asar and magrib time,are the salaahs qaza?.

Who inherits if a woman died, and had a husband, mother, a brother,7 sisters and no children.
