How do I perform my Zuhr/Asr salaah.If I miss this Salaah how do I make Qadah salaah

Q3:What should one read when one is permanently negative regarding Islam.e g feel duas not accepted requesting making of Salaah/Helpful to Muslims/ Just cant get going doing the right deeds.Feeling sure one is made to suffer world/Qabr/hereafter
