What should one do if one is disabled and someone proposes?

Please advice me. My cousin asked me for advice. Someone proposed to make nikah with her. Apparently she had been talking to this person for about 2 year.
My concern is that she is disabled, she cannot use her left hand and she limbs during walking( she dont use any walking aid)also she is on regular hospital treatment. What is the best way to address this issue?
