Assalamu-Alaikum
May I please know if a wife has been gifted with a house by her husband and has been signed and witnessed by the Jamiatul Ulama (but not transferred as it is very costly to do so), and should the wife happen to pass away before the husband, does the house go back automatically to the husband, or does the wife’s heirs also inherit the 50% of the house after the husband gets his 50% share of the house from her share as with all other part of her possessions.
