Asalamualaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatu
Muftisaab I have a sensitive question that a lot of men and women suffering will like an answer to.
Is there a special ruling for people suffering from PGAD (Persistent Genital Arousal Disorder)? These people suffer from spontaneous orgasms. Anything can trigger it off. It is very uncomfortable and not satisfying at all. It is very stressful and traumatizing. There is no cure found as yet. Is Ghusl wajib on them? these things happen any time, any where, without warning. It is very hard to make ghusl before every salaat. Muftisaab – is there a law like the Mazur law for people who do not want themselves to get orgasms like for the people who can’t control their bowels and such? Can Muftisaab give a Dua to read to cure it?
Please make Dua for us sufferers.
Wa Alaikumus Salaam, Wa Rahmatullah hi Wabarakatu

If there is no passion involved then Ghusl is not Wajib. If there be slightly passion then Ghusl is Wajib everytime this happens
Try repeated fasting. Read Durood a lot.
Read 'Ya Naru Kooni Barathuun wa Salaamun Ala Ibrahim' a lot.
