Salaams Mufti Saheb
I have questions with regard to gheebat

Gheebat is worse than zeena, but I don’t have a proper understanding of it,I know it means backbiting but,
1)What if its absolutely neccesary to speak it?
2)What if you say because you don’t like what a person is doing,to pick on his deeds is gheebat?
3)If a person says “the saudis, eqyptians, pakis etc sold Islam to the west”is this gheebat?
4)A person frustrates you and is unislamic and you speak ill off him?
5)You are merely stating facts,Hadeeth says that even if its the truth then it is still gheebat.

Plz explain Mufti Saheb because i dont want to indulge in gheebat
