Aslamualayqum

1)If a Muslim is talking about equal opportunity.

The Muslim verbally says Faith comes under equal opportunity and everyone needs to be treated equally regardless their colour and Faith.

Does the Muslim verbally saying this become kaafir?

2) Some Muslims in the U.K.
When they get married, they do the Islamic Nikaah and the marriage civil registry (marriage at the registry office). The islamic Nikaah is obviously the real way of a marriage. If a Muslim verbally says that the Islamic Nikaah and the civil marriage registry are the same. Does this verbal saying make the muslim a kafir?
