tell the person you are going to marry about your past relationships or sins

I have a fear that I wont find the right person for me because I have committed sins with another man. I feel like no one will want to marry me.I know I should have my trust in Allah (swt), but I cant even imagine the right person for me and I am afraid I will end up with the wrong person?
Also is is necessary to tell the person you are going to marry about your past relationships or sins?
