Assalamu alaikum. My name is Sister, I am 36yrs old
, married & with kids, live in Nigeria. Please I want to ask a question if it is
accepted or permissible in Islam for women to use pills during Ramadan to delay her menstruation period? According to my monthly calculation my
menses will start in the beginning & the last ten days of Ramadan, I will
miss lailatul qadr days. Last year Ramadan too I missed the beginning &
end of the Ramadan fasts. So, I am worried, CAN I TAKE PILLS TO DELAY MY
MENSES? (My menses comes twice in a month, in every 22 days) Thank you.

You do not have to use the pills because it is harmful to the health although permissible. If on the odd nights you are in 'Haiz', this does not stop you from making Tasbeeh or a lot of Duaa.
