Shias and salafis

Assalaamu alaikum w w. Hope you are doing well mufti saheb, I just wanted to ask that what is the ulama e deoband stance on the Shia sect, are they all kafir, or just few of their groups are? Please enlighten me on this, similarly when you say that the nowadays salafis are not from ahlus sunnah wal jama’ah , what do you mean? If one is not from ahlus sunnah isn’t he out of the fold of Islam , not sure regarding this jazakallah.
