Respected Mufti, As Salaamualaikum,

Mufti AK Hoosen of Channel Islam International and Urself of Radio Islam, have both said ‘abstain’ in relation to all commercial meat and Rainbow produced under the Anti-Islamic conditions in vogue at the commercial processing facilities.
Mufit EMH Salejee, Amir of Jamiat KZN has also stated that its ‘doubtful’ and better to abstain.
Mufti Siraj Desai said that although he is not happy with certain aspects he still maintains ‘only rainbow hammersdale as halaal’.. and will not confirm or reject the halaal status of the other rainbow plants.

SANHA, who hold you in a high regard, have up to now totally failed to address the concerns and are content to cry victim, and this is only making the situation more confusing.

We have additional affidavits, this morning i received another 2, that makes 10,
all confirming

1. Tasmiyah is being omitted on many birds

2. Dead birds are slaughtered due to their inability to properly determine and remove from the line.
3. The scalder boils at different points in the day, and some birds fall into the scalder and are only removed at the end of the shift, the water is also not changed more than once daily.

these are apart from the cruelty to animals, whos rights are guaranteed by Islam and also additional to the fact that these birds are pumped with chemicals that make them unhealthy for humans.

considering all of these facts mentioned, is it not time to again take another step up in applying pressure to SANHA etc to change the system.

many Ulama i’ve spoken too, say that sanha is run like a gang of mafia and that is why they fear speaking out.

so many Ulama have tried and failed or are fearful of speaking out, what does the average Muslim do in this instance?

please stand up on the side of Haqq and make a clear and firm announcement to the Ummah about this ‘bloody mess’ which sanha are happily compounding with their deflection and denials.

1 slaughterer told me today that even if they (sanha ) try to bribe him into changing his statement, he will not as it is a matter of Haqq and very serious Shari importance!

Was Salaam

No. Read on site all our research on Zikr. Deen is complete. Shariaat is perfect. The way to get nearness to Allaah have been shown to us by Rasulullaah (S.A.W) if we going to add then we stating (Allaah Protect us) that he, (S.A.W) failed to convey the total message of Islaam onto us. Zikr is rewardable, laudable. Soft Zikr is better than audible Zikr. Loud Zikr held in unision in congregation in the Masjid is not proven. Hadhrat Abdullaah ibn Masood (R.A) says "Follow in our footsteps, and do not innovate (new things). Indeed, you have been sufficed" (Al I'tisaam Pg 54 Vol 1) and Hadhrat Huzaifah (R.A.) States: "Do not many Ibaadat that the Sahabah of Rasulullaah (S.A.W) did not do" (Ibid - Pg 113, Vol 1)
Did Rasulullaah (S.A.W), Sahabah (R.A) do 'gaddad' and 'ratieb'. Are we trying to say we know more than them, ?? The ways to gain proximity onto Allaah have been explained use that which approved and which Allaah and His Rasul are happy with. To individually make the Zikr proven from the Ahadith is permissable, as long as it is done when and where it is to be done. E.G. one cannot read the duaa after Adhaan after eating and visa versa. Although both are proven. Understand well.
Can you please forward Mufti AK Hoosein's statement and also Mufti Siraj Desai and also Mufti Emh Saljees statements. Sanha has its own Shariat department. We suggest you go to "Muslim Mediation of Arbatration Council" or "Muslim Consumer Council" or get the KZN Jamiat to take action or get 12 Influential business men to launch your cause. Currently we regard all parties as stubborn/stong headed thus refuse to comment anymore.
