I am married now for alhamdulillah just over 9 years now. We were blessed with a child exactly 9 months after nikah but I was at my parents place after the birth and in our first year or 2 we experienced alot of problems. During one of my husbands visits he had picked up a small quraan which was lying on the table and had thrown it on my feet ( he had just dropped it in anger and it landed on my feet.) I remember becoming angry at that and walking back into the main house (we always sat in a room adjacent to the main house – like and outside room)and immediately putting money into the lillah tin as when we were kids this was what we did if we had to drop our quraan.I need to know if this was enough or if there is something else that I need to do to repent for the holy quraan falling on my feet. I do not know still whether it has a meaning to someone throwing a quraan on your feet and this is worrying me alot this month especially – i keep thinking about it.
Jazakumullah

Both seeking forgiveness. A secure one. This will suffice.
