Impurity on Bed and it Touching Things Around me

Assalamualaikum.One day I sat on my impure bed. Then my private part is itching. I itch my private part and find little water type things from wound.As the water type things are little, My pant doesn’t become wet .At this time my pant (remain little wetness) touch the impure bed. (1).does my pant become impure by this? Then my mobile touch the pant, (2). does my mobile become impure by this? (3). If the 2nd answer is yes then how to purify the mobile? purifing a mobile is difficult because there are some ports such as Charger port, ear phone port etc. .it is impossible to reach water in those ports.(4). Then what to do? Because Allah make everything easy for muslim.
