I buy and sell second hand furniture and appliances for cash.
I purchase from auctions and other sellers. The one auction gets their goods from customers who sell to them in turn. The other auction is the sheriff who repossesses bad debtors goods on behalf of the state.
Am I allowed to purchase at the sheriff’s auctions?
