Asalaam ualikum Mufti

My wife and I have been seperated for two months now .She insists that she wants a divorce by this weekend and if I dont give her a divorce she will get a Khula . I am trying to convince her to reconcile and lets sit in an arbitrabtion and work out the issues . But she is adamant and just wants a divorce . She is been represented by a Maulana by the name of sheik Nakwa that seems to be misguiding her in this regard and is giving her the Khula . Could you please advise on the process and grounds for Khula .

Jazakallah

Khula is when upon mutual agreement when the wife is prepared to pay for her divorce. She stipulates a amount and upon payment the husband issues the divorce. One mere concept of non-compatilibility which is the catch phrase these days, Khula should be done.
