My inlaws are over possessive about my baby,my husband is their only son and this is their first grandchild.we live together so I always have to compete with them for her time. I feel like I am a sister to my baby half of the time. Husband is out for work most of the time so he is not a major help. I don’t have any relatives in the state either to visit for a break from them. How do I deal with this.

AsalaamuAlaikum

Regard it as relief, look at it positively.
They are helping out.
They are relieving your burden.
Slowly the novelty will wear out.
