I constantly feel down, lazy, demotivated, anxious, fearful and worried even when having performed my Salah and mamoolat. I have suffered from OCD regarding Taharah for years, i.e. despite programming myself to wash only 3 times and ignoring worrisome thoughts, strong fear of remaining napaaki and subsequent cross-contamination means I, more often than not, end up spending a lot of time performing wudhu, ghusl and istinja. What is the solution to these issues?
