so I see my last question was again under deviant. what tall statements am I making. you made the statement saying that this is deviant. I just wanted to tell you about the people behind it & how many do it. these are all facts. the dhikr has many names. Ratib shahir is another but all the dhikrs with in the Ratib come from Hadith & quraan.
maybe you don’t know what Ratib means. it comes from rataba, to compile. so its is in fact the ” compilation of Haddaad”( the name of the auther is Haddad) these are just a bunch of dhikrs prescribed by Rasul Allah SAWS & then just put together the Imam. You get many such ratibs. Ratibul Ayderoos, Ratibul Attas, wird al Latif, Hizbul Bahr, Hizb annashr, & the wird of Sayid Abu Bakr bin Salim all named after the sheikh the compiled them, & the wird of Imam Nawawi himself.

so then condemn Imam Nawawi then Rahimah Allah too if you must because we do his wird also, or put him under deviant. or is it that these haven’t been approved by your elders. who is to say that your Tariqa is the only one out there. what about this one or does the silsilah need to go through your elders first.

Kindly understand we are not against recitation of any Zikr formulation, provided one does not regard it as part of Shariaat. We regard innovation as when Zikr is done in congregation, in chorus, in union (all together) loudly and in the Masjid. We cannot be against Zikr perse, we give preference to inaudible Zikr to audible, we do not regard audible Zikr as Haraam. The Zikr formulations of even our elders so not form part of Shariaat. Shariaat is easy, leave it so.
