Assalamu Alaykum Mufti,
Please i would like to know the ruling with regards to giving family members gifts .. are we permitted in Islam to give my Uncles(Fathers brother) wife a gift if we are giving my Uncle a gift also ? and with regards to giving their children or any other cousins .. if we give the boy cousins gifts are we allowed to give the girl cousin gifts .. i understand there is parda between us but i want to know the ruling with regards to giving presents out of kindness because we giving the men in the family so what should we do with regards to the ladies in that household ? even if we give it to my Uncle to give the gifts to the ladies but gifts are normally given to create love n closeness between people so wouldnt that be wrong to then give ladies gifts where parda must be observed (even though our intention we giving gifts just so that the girls dont get offended we giving the boys in the family but not them ? ) JazakALLAH

Gifts giving is rewardable. Let the men give the men, ladies give the ladies.
