Assalamualiakum…
1. can a Muslim owned and controlled business, or a Muslim businessman or a Muslim ordinary taxpayer misrepresent their business financials to the SARS with the objective of NOT paying their legal statutory Income Tax obligations? (i.e their taxes on Nett Income)
2. can a Muslim owned and controlled business, or a Muslim businessman understate his 2 monthly income to SARS with the objective of underdeclaring VAT collected, (with obviously the express aim of retaining the VAT and not paying it over)?

3. can a Muslim owned and controlled business, or a Muslim businessman overstate his expenditure (i.e show fictitious expenses) in his bi monthly Vat return to SARS with the objective of either claiming Vat or the objective of paying less Vat?
