Salaam alaikum

I pray you are well. Forgive me for bothering you

A wife and husband talking about the new regulations about to come into primary schools in the United Kingdom regarding gay marriages. That the teacher will be made to teach such topics.
The wife says to husband, ‘don’t believe in it but teach it because you have to and you have to because it’s you job.’

Does this saying make her a non Muslim? She has no intention if Kufr.

Jazakallah

If he teaches this believing in the permissibility of gay marriages then he will leave the fold of Islaam. She does not leave the fold of Islaam for her statement. However, it is best for both to exercise caution in speech.
