Aslaamualaykum WaRahmatullahi Wa Baraktu

A couple who have been married for over ten years, have arguments every year and the wife goes back to her parents due to the argument/fight at least once a year. And then the couple get back together. And the same thing happens every year.

A local woman jokes about the above couple’s relationship by laughing at them (not in front of them) and verbally joking about the couple(with others) by verbally saying in Urdu ,”Isse kehte hain Rabb ne bana di jodi”.
The words “Rabb ne bana di jodi” are a film/song title. So the Muslim woman uses this film/song title and makes a joke of the couple(mentioned above).

(The closest English translation for the above Urdu saying is:
THIS IS WHAT YOU CALL;
GOD/ALLAH HAS MADE THIS COUPLE/PAIR/RELATIONSHIP)

Does the woman become a kaafir who laughs and makes the above verbal joke or by any of the above?
The woman doesn’t mean any disrespect for Allah/Rabb or Islam.

Thank you.
