As Salaamu Alaykum

I am doing my Islamic Will and would like to clarify Islamically who can be the guardians of my children in the event of my death. My family break down is as follows:

My wife and I and have 3 male children (all under 10 years old). Both my parents who are elderly are alive. I also have one brother and one sister.

My wife has both her parents who are alive. She also has three sisters who are all over 30 years old.

In the event of anything happening to both parents how should guardianship be decided?

Jazakallah
