Assalamualaykum
I have a chinese therapy business where our treatments consist of cupping (Dry cupping and WET cupping (blood cuppung) as well as accupuncture (with needles)for medical and non medical purposes.
Kindly give me a detailed Islamic point of view regarding cupping itself ,wet cupping and accupuncture.I would also like clearity on whether cupping and wet cupping is permissable whilst fasting.

Cupping is not jurisprudically speaking 'Sunnat'. The cuppist can change. The cuppist must know when, how to do it.
It does not break the fast, whether it is dry/wet or even acupuncture.
