As-sallamualaykum,
please advise how istigaarah should be interpreted.i am currently seperated from my husband and am in a state of confusion.there were words said to me in anger that i suspected may have counted as indirect talaaqs. myself and my husband presented this on paper to a mufti for a fatwa to be made on the position of the marriage. during this time i made dua to Allah stating that should this marriage be good for me and my deen, he should show it to me as a sign of this marriage still being intact, however, should the marriage not be good for me and my deen he should turn it away from me by the fatwa being that the marriage is innulled.the fatwa was that the marriage is still intact and no talaaqs were counted.was this an appropriate dua to make and should the interpretation be that it is good for me?
I then also read istigaarah thereafter. the first night that i read istigaarah i saw a red traffic light in my dream. I have read that anything red signifies a negative. However, at the same time i have been feeling content when speaking to my husband.
please advise.

Be with your husband, STOP fighting, arguing, quarelling and all other un-Islaamic activities.
