My father paased away 6years ago he had 3 shops which he stated in his will that it must go to my mother after he dies,upto today i have not recieved one cent from my mother she only looks after my 2 sisters and my youngest brother who runs the businesses she does not consult with me as i am the eldest son i walked out of the bussiness after her iddat because she accused me of stealing i do visit her but she does not mention anything to me about inheretance according to sharia where do i stand as i have 5 children and just make ends meet,can i go to the shop and just take money when needed or do i have to ask permission ,on the other hand if my sisters need anything they take the money from the shop and use it with out asking permission,also my 1 sister travelled with my mother and my brother to jordan for a holiday they used the business money for their holiday they didnot mention anything to me just before boarding the plane my mother phoned me from the airport to tell me she is going for ten day holiday.
